As per DepEd MEMORANDUM No. 008 s. 2023, for SY 2023- 2024 and SY 2024-2025, four (4) classroom observations are required, which shall be conducted once every quarter. The demonstration teaching for classroom observations needs the updated COT Forms 2024 which contains Rating Sheets and Inter-Observer Agreement Forms for Teachers 1-3 and Master Teachers 1-4.
