Tarpaper is a low-cost alternative to tarpaulin printing. Unlike the usual tarpaulin printing that requires a large printer, the tarpapel can be made using the common printer in our home, office, or school. Creating a tarpapel is very easy. In fact, you can make one by using Microsoft software such as MS Publisher, MS Word, and even in MS Excel. In this post, you will learn how to make tarpapel in MS Word. Follow the fast yet simple procedure below:
Make Tarpapel in MS Word
Time needed: 2 minutes
Here are the basic steps on how to make tarpapel in ms word. This is the fastest way to do it. Note: This method was tested on Epson printers only.
- Run the Microsoft Office Word and create a blank document
To run the program, go to Start > search using the keyword “word” > and click the program’s icon to run > on the program’s dashboard, click blank document.
- Insert the image you want to use
Go to the “Insert” tab and click “Insert Pictures”
- Customize the page and the image
In the “Layout” section, you can adjust the margin, paper size, and orientation of the page. After the adjustment, resize the image to fill the page.
- Proceed to Printer Properties
Press CTRL+P or you may also click the “File” tab and choose “Print”. Choose your Epson Printer and click “Printer Properties”.
- Look for “Multi-Page” option and select your desired layout
There are different options: 2-Up, 4-Up, 2×1, 2×2, 3×3, and 4×4 Posters. Please refer to the preview located on the left side of the window. Choose one and click okay.
- Print the file
Click the “Print” button and you’re done!
