The mid-year review enables teachers to assess their performance for the first half of the school year. The main goal of this assessment is to evaluate teachers to improve their performance. Suggestions, comments, and technical assistance are needed to help teachers meet their objectives. The mid-year review is intended for performance monitoring and coaching yet the final rating is purely based on the year-end evaluation. To conduct this review, teachers need to secure a copy of the Updated Mid-Year Review Form IPCRF (MRF) for SY 2023-2024.
